Description

Used/overhauled surface grinding machine, make ELB, type SWE 6, year of construction 1977.

Machine with automatic feed in all 3 axes.

Scope of overhaul:

Machine completely disassembled, all components thoroughly cleaned and checked for complete functionality.
All guideways newly scraped to new machine geometry.
Spindle rotation less than 5µ.
Wear parts replaced, defective components repaired or renewed.
Re-assembly, complete function test and internal acceptance.
Machine in absolutely functional condition.
Machine repainted.
Machine in perfect condition, ready for production.

- Electric magnet clamping plate, size 600x400mm, with straight, fine pole pitch.
- Demagnetizing device installed on the switch cabinet
