ENSR has helped hundreds of facilities across the country to develop cost-effective, flexible operating permits. Our services range from developing corporate training programs, to conducting detailed emissions inventories, to assisting with Title V permitting. 

ENSR has saved clients thousand of dollars by finding technically-sound, cost-effective methods of achieving operational flexibility.  We understand the importance of operational flexibility and develop permits that allow for all anticipated production rates, fuel and raw materials substitutions, and other common process changes. We've also negotiated programs that minimize monitoring, recordkeeping, and reporting costs.

Title V Operating Permit Project:

ENSR prepared major and synthetic minor permit applications for 64 facilities of a major tire and rubber company.  Located in 14 states, the facilities were part of six different divisions of the company. ENSR also provided training, emissions inventories and databases, source testing, compliance evaluations, and operational flexibility strategies to this client.
